The printer that I built was a Prusa i3 MK3S+, and it came without any part pre-assembled, and the number of individual parts totaled in the several hundreds. It took me about a full day to build, and I've been using it constantly since. In total, I just hit the 5,000 hour mark of successful prints on my printer, which is just over a 6 months of continuous use.
